Session fee
$180 per 50-minute session, by video or phone.
The first 15-minute consult is free, with no obligation.

Receipts and insurance
After each session you'll get a receipt that includes my ACSW registration number (#12116), so you can claim through your extended health plan.
Direct billing isn't available yet. You pay at the time of the session, then submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement.
Tip: Many extended health plans reimburse sessions with a registered social worker. When you check your plan, look under "social worker" or "counselling," and ask how much is covered per year.
Policies
Late cancellations and missed appointments
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.
Reduced-fee options
I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spots for people facing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, ask about it during your free consult.
When insurance coverage runs out
If you reach your plan's annual maximum, we'll talk through your options: continuing at the regular fee, spacing sessions further apart, a reduced-fee spot if one is available, or a referral to lower-cost services.
