My approach
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy, and adapt them to each person rather than following a script.
Sessions are collaborative, practical, and conversational. We'll focus on what matters most to you, at a pace that feels respectful. You don't need to have everything figured out or find the right words. Showing up is enough.
